⚜ History ⚜
Over the course of the past ten years, in addition to its own work, Infinithéâtre has made a concerted effort to help younger and smaller companies and writers develop their projects and stage their productions.
Notable successes include: Downward Facing Dog’s Sea Peach by Catherine Kidd and Jack Beetz(November 2002); Pumpkin Theatre’s An Act of God (2003) and The Three Apollos (2005) by Joel Fishbane, Nicolas Billon’s first two plays The Elephant Song (2003) and The Measure of Love (2004); Conne Carne from Le théâtre qui monstre énormement and La P’tite Délégation du Cerveau Droit’s La Dernière Mise, Drame Économique by Sébastien-Dominic Bernier (2004)
Infinithéâtre also continues to build up an inventory of technical equipment, which is made available to other independent Montréal theatre companies at virtually no cost.
