Recently included as part of our Infinite Playwrights' Chat Room series, King of Canada is a meta-theatrical political comedy with two actors: a woman and a man. The man plays King and the woman plays everybody else; close to forty other characters including King’s mother, FDR, Churchill, Hitler, and three Irish terriers named Pat.

Directed by multi-award-winning Zach Fraser and showcasing Ellen David and Brian Dooley, two celebrated stars of the Montreal theatre scene, King of Canada will run from October 20 to November 1st at KIN Gallery. Tickets are limited, with a maximum audience size of 20 patrons per performance.


We will ensure all audience members adhere to COVID-19 health precautions, including mandatory masks, hand sanitizing and strict physical distancing. Ticket-holders may request to be seated with family or friends who are part of their personal bubble. Click HERE to view all safety measures.
