Land Acknowledgement

Infinithéâtre acknowledges that we are located on the unceded lands of Tiohtiá:ke (Montréal), a place which has long served as a site of meeting, exchange and creativity amongst many First Nations including the Kanien’kehá:ka of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, the Huron/Wendat, the Abenaki, and the Anishinaabeg.

Tiohtiá:ke has a rich cultural history. We express our appreciation for the opportunity to live, create and perform on these lands.

As theatre artists, we cherish dialogue and collaboration, and always seek new ways to connect and to break down barriers. Infinithéâtre strives to support the Haudenosaunee Peoples, among other First Nations, Inuit, and Métis, as they create and tell their stories through theatrical means, and we value every opportunity to come together in work and play.
